METHODS: A retrospective case series of 20 patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma of the lacrimal gland treated at a single institution between 1952 and 2002. Thymic carcinoma with adenoid cystic carcinoma-like features (TCACC) is an extremely rare subtype of thymic adenocarcinoma, and this condition was first reported by Di Tommaso et al in 2007.
